We seek to serve God across the globe

Ethnic Cleansing

The current decades long regional conflict taking place in Nagorno-Karabakh has come to a climax with the Azerbaijani government conducting ethnic cleaning with over 100,000 ethnic Armenians fleeing from the region to take refuge in Armenia.

Humanitarian Aid

Glendale Armenian Church of the Nazarene has decided to raise funds to aid all of those in need. Please visit our giving page to donate to our special Nagorno-Karabakh Humanitarian fund.

Serving Christ Globally

Missions Work

Missionary work is necessary in order to give the people of the world an opportunity to hear and accept the gospel. They need to learn the truth, turn to God, and receive forgiveness from their sins.

Evangelism or witnessing is the act of preaching the gospel with the intention of sharing the message and teachings of Jesus Christ.  We believe that we must be witnesses’ of Christ around the Globe.

   Nazarene Missions International (NMI):

Is the organization for mobilizing the local church in missions in the Church of the Nazarene and the denomination’s representative for missions on the district and in the local church.

We are One People:

Encouraging people to pray for all efforts of World Evangelism.

Informing people of the World’s need and what the church is doing to meet those needs

Challenging children and youth to learn about and participate in the Mission of the Church

Assisting Local Churches In Accomplishing God’s Mission In The World

Nazarene Compassionate Ministries

We walk alongside local churches in their efforts to meet the needs of children, families, and communities.  Through your partnership, local congregations are changing the world.  Together we are changing lives.

The mission of Sunday School & Discipleship Ministries International (SDMI) is to carry out the Great Commission to children, youth, and adults in preparation for a lifetime of making Christlike disciples in the nations.

Our SDMI Purpose is fourfold:

A. To intentionally develop relationships with unreached people until they are Christlike disciples and making Christlike disciples.

B. To teach the Word of God until children, youth, and adults are saved, sanctified wholly, and maturing in the Christian experience.

C. To help Christians grow spiritually, involving them in evangelism, Christian education, and disciple making.

D. To encourage children, youth, and adults to enroll in Sunday School, small groups and/or discipling ministries, and faithfully participate.

In Evangelism, BE

BE God’s Light in the dark and ignored places of our world.

We are to BE a faithful example of God’s unconditional love.  In BEING in Christ and BEING with others, we allow the Holy Spirit to work through our lives and we trust God with the results.

Discipleship: DO
Through Discipleship, we journey with other believers as we follow in the footsteps of Jesus.  As we DO life together, we learn what it means to talk together, serve together, sacrifice together, fall and get back up together.  We DO the hard work of becoming more like our Savior, living surrendered lives in community.

Leadership Development: GO
We challenge and empower youth and their leaders to GO out into their communities as models of Christ’s servant leadership.  We cannot afford to wait until we think we know enough; we must GO now, learning along the way
